Overnight Postpartum Doula:     $310 per night

• Complete care for baby so parents can have a solid night's rest
• Book 6 or more shifts and get 10% off total cost

Postpartum Doula:     $900

• Eight 3-hour home visits within 2 months of giving birth
• General education of what can be expected during the postpartum period for yourself and baby
• Will assist in areas such as discussing and managing expectations, feeding support, light housekeeping, baby soothing techniques, assistance with newborn care, allowing you time to rest, etc.
• Share/refer to community resources

Birth Doula:     $850

• 3 prenatal visits to discuss birth wishes, learn comfort measures for labour, discuss concerns and ask questions

• Continuous support via phone/text/e-mail from time of contract signing

• On call support 24/7 starting at 37 weeks

• In-person support during labour and delivery at the location of your choosing

• Use of TENS machine, birth comb, Rebozo

• Immediate postpartum support for up to 3 hours after birth

• One postpartum home visit within 2 weeks of birth to discuss your well being, babywearing, feeding support, etc.

Birth and Postpartum Doula Package:     $1500
